Job Description
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communication with clients and potential customers (Telephone, social media, messaging)
- Handle customer requests and orders
- Handle customer service complaints
- Process client returns
- Gather client information in orderly fashion (Address, contact number …)
- Coordinate between delivery/cash collection company and customer
- Conduct research and identify potential clients
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge in the online gaming space
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in Sales and Business Development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Social Media platform proficient (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
- Good English language
- Experience with using excel sheets, word and power point.
- Ready to work in Baghdad, Iraq.
