Job Description

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Communication with clients and potential customers (Telephone, social media, messaging)
  • Handle customer requests and orders
  • Handle customer service complaints
  • Process client returns
  • Gather client information in orderly fashion (Address, contact number …)
  • Coordinate between delivery/cash collection company and customer
  • Conduct research and identify potential clients


Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge in the online gaming space
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Social Media platform proficient (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
  • Good English language
  • Experience with using excel sheets, word and power point.
  • Ready to work in Baghdad, Iraq.
