Field Rig manager

- Ensure drilling program and Client good drilling practices are complied with. - Supervise and control the drilling operations in the Rig site in order to prepare the action plan for improving the performance & respect the KPI’s of my client - Projects coordination: timely equipment maintenance, inspection, and repair, re-certifications, rig mobilization, Equipment, and material requisitions review/approval. - Review the technical details of the equipment and material to be purchased or rented according to international standards. - Coordinate and assist with the maintenance & materials department for prepare the maintenance scheduling, budgeting, and estimating techniques. - Coordinate with sub-contractors to improve and optimize the timing and efficiency of each job during the maintenance, inspection, testing & repair project. - Maintain and present performance statistics: HSE, NPT analysis, etc. - Rig audits labor, industrial safety, workplace conditions, rig equipment, and warehouse, Maintenance management system, documentation. Training matrix. Etc - Incident investigation and analysis, - Coordinate with the QHSE department to prepare the risk assessments for the critical or unordinary tasks in the project. - Perform the civil work Inspection in the field - Check & review the regular inspection scope of work before starts in the field - Personnel appraisals and Global Competence assessments.

Assistant Rig Manager

- Assist the Rig Manager in reviewing the performance evaluation of the personnel on the operating unit. - Conduct & prepare audits and inspections and write inspection and audit reports accordingly - Supporting office and field supervisors with human resource rationalization/utilization and Development. - Monitored and controlled drilling operations. - Managed consistency and proficiency by analyzing and developing job descriptions, guidance and standards for QHSE Management System. - Assist the Rig Manager in ensuring that the Drilling well program is executed properly, efficiently & safely. - Supervise the maintenance, inspection & repair jobs in the Rig site & check the readiness before each job - Management walk around to detect the unsafe act or condition in the Rig site

Drilling operations engineer

- Follow up the Recommendations of the DSV & HSE supervisor in the Rig site & prepare the action plan - Monitoring & follow up day to day of the rig move plan and Coordinate with the logistic department - Projects coordination: timely equipment maintenance, inspection, and repair, re-certifications of Rig equipment - Supervise and control the drilling operations in the Rig site in order to prepare the action plan for improving the performance & respect the KPI’s - Develop capabilities to monitor, evaluate and report daily operations, variances, and performance against the good program objectives. - Manage assigned operations safely and efficiently, in full compliance with relevant standards, policies, and legislation. (e.g. pressure testing, FITs, cementing equipment rig up, etc.) - Review and update rig site DOPs (Detailed Operational Programs). - Participate in rig-based behavioral safety activities.
